Worst experience possible renting a car. To start the day the car wasn't in the location posted on the site had to drive 12 miles out of way . Then pick up car it was running funny check engine light was coming on for bad transmission then right after that the car broke down on the interstate. I had my 9 month pregnant wife with me stuck on the side of interstate for 7 hours waiting for a tow truck . It never showed up . Had to order a $200 Uber to get home. Turo said they will reimburse but still ruined our day . The host did absolutely nothing to help. Horrible experience. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Thanks
The car came back without broken lug nuts and the tire was off when we received it. Something very suspicious is occurring with this renter and we are fully investigating but this was not normal activity.

The car broke down on me in the middle of where I was goin I contacted the hosted an told me him he told me get the car back to where it go how I’m do that wen I paid for a car I can’t use an the check engine light came on an I was stranded on the road for 2 hours before I heard back from the owner of the car

Didn’t know where to find the car at. I wasted almost a hour so I can go contact the host. Under the seat had Milwaukee best beer cans under it. Marlboro cigarettes in the car. So I can guess they didn’t clean it.
