Indescribable car was not up to parr the way it should’ve before releasing the car

Car was dirty and not fueled up when I got it. Transmission feels like it is slipping. Nothing the owner did I'm sure. Just what you get when dealing with other people in the business. The owner was prompt and professional.

The car was in working condition, got me to and from where I needed. A bit dirty from past users, and no ac, but otherwise very nice.
