The horn didn’t work. There are no hazard lights. There were cigarette burns in the backseat

We’re disappointed by this review. The vehicle was inspected and operational when provided. We take every safety concern seriously and address any legitimate issue immediately. With nearly 300 guest reviews, we work extremely hard to maintain our vehicles and provide affordable, reliable transportation. We appreciate all feedback, but we strongly disagree with the characterization of this vehicle and this experience.
Very unsafe vehicle! Not to mention how unprofessional it is to allow someone to drive a vehicle in the condition this was in. The photo provided is a stock photo or a photo before a wreck has been had. This vehicle has the bottom bumper dragging and you can hear it and see it. No horn, hazard button removed, breaks are shot, the vents in the AC also broken so isnt working. You can tell the airbags had been deployed and this was pieced together to gain a buck. No regard for the person's safety driving it. DO NOT rent this vehical.

The listing photos accurately represent the vehicle. We take safety and maintenance extremely seriously and would never knowingly provide an unsafe vehicle. We strongly disagree with these allegations and stand behind the documented condition of the vehicle at the time of this trip.
