Cancelled my trip. They gave me good instructions in the beginning which was great. When I got there, the car was filthy. The check engine light was on and the vehicle felt unsafe when driving. Turned around and parked it back where I got it. I left the car cleaner than when I received that’s for sure lol
The engine light only shows that the engine is working and goes away after you start driving, as even shown on your photos of the dashboard. The car is not shaky, no one complained before and after you. If you are super concerned with older cars ( 2017 ) the rent newer vehicles from 2020 and up and pay a higher price. The vehicle is not new, but it works great and people love it. We also have a car wash sticker and guests are responsible to return the car in same clean condition

Car needs fixen broke down on us leaving a funeral took a couple hrs to get a tow. Then changed the dropoff location toward end of ride leaving us stranded. Car was on e and was on full when it broke down did not get compensated. Host wasnt as helpful as she could have been. Car is a danger as of right now
