I was not pleased with the smell of the car, but more so when I sent a message regarding it, it was not acknowledged. The car smelled terribly like weed, to the point I got a migraine. To further emphasize this... I don't get migraines easily and I have horrible sense of smell, so if it was bad to me, it has to be way worse for others.

We constantly Do Smoke treatments when Guest Violate Turo Smoking policy People don’t abide by Smoking policy we suffer as a Host and our guest as well I pray you have recovered from dealing with the smell our sincere regards …

Had absolutely no problems with the car, super easy to drive, pick up, and drop off! It just smelled like weed, but apart from that great!
