The car was great, has some imperfections, ( exterior), but mechanically sound.

We strive to provide quality vehicles for a fair price. This Volt drives great and is mechanically sound. It has minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches and small indentation on front bumper on passenger side). What you see in the pictures is an accurate representation of the vehicle you are renting. This is a great, fuel efficient vehicle that is fun to drive.
So grateful that this car was available and helped me get everything set up and return.

The host was great—very responsive and helpful. The car broke down the second day of our trip after he had to get a backup car for us bc someone else didn’t return their car in time. Given the circumstances, the host did everything he could (issuing a full refund, helping us arrange another rental), and I was grateful for his help managing a difficult situation.

We are fortunate to have understanding guests during difficult situations. This guest allowed us to swap a recently purchased, similar vehicle, for the original booked vehicle, as a prior guest failed to return in time for this trip. We worked tirelessly to expedite the listing of this replacement plug-in electric vehicle and unfortunately one cell in the high voltage battery failed. We are working with the dealership to properly repair the battery and re-list this vehicle.
