I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. I do want to clarify that the vehicle itself was not an issue and there were no problems with the car or the service provided. Your reservation was originally for 21 days, but after just one day, you changed your plans and requested to end the trip on day 2. I communicated the options available through Turo and did my best to work with you regarding the changed arrangements. I hope you have a safe flight and a great week ahead.
