Pick up location was simple and easy and directions to where the vehicle is located at great!
The car was exactly as represented and perfectly, and as in great mechanical condition, clean, comfortable and incredibly fuel efficient. The host, was incredibly accommodating and had the car available and ready for me within less than an hour as I needed a vehicle immediately as my vehicle is having a mechanical issues. So very impressed! Even more impressive the host responded each every time within minutes to any question I had to my initial outreach for the reservation itself. Would definitely want to work with this host again.

The car had a smooth ride. I did hear a noise coming from the car. I could not pin down where it was coming from. The radio froze and it was hard to open the ⛽️ cap. Extremely hard to get the cap off. Long story short I was swapped into this vehicle. When I told the host about the radio and noise he didn't want to believe it or acknowledge it. The host quoted me the previous customer's experience with the vehicle, which was no problem. He told me if I was not satisfied I could return it. The radio did work that morning. The noise and the gas cap remained a problem when returned. After returning I looked back at the reviews and others had problems as well.
