I really liked it, but honestly, the car smelled so strongly of cigarettes. It was overwhelming, and there was a baby inside the car. Unfortunately, I wasn’t too happy with it because of the smell.

Janeth, thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm truly sorry, especially with a baby in the car. A previous guest smoked in the vehicle against Turo's no-smoking policy, and it's been reported to Turo. We did a smoke odor treatment before your trip, but heavy smoke can take more than one treatment to fully clear. The car is out of service for additional treatment, and I'm installing smoke detection in my fleet so this doesn't happen again. I'd love the chance to host you again.
