Car is not in the condition that is shown , there was a burning smell coming from the engine host said th oil was just changed and that everything was fine, then the engine light came on and i decided to cancel the entire reservation for the inconvenience. Turo support is no help they will take your money and refund it without telling you that once it’s processed they can’t help you and then expect you to pay more money for a different
reservation . Please beware of this policy !
Brandi is extremely needy was very rude and aggressive. After one day she started complaining.
If you’re a host, please do not let Brandi your car. She will be a constant problem and not worth a headache.
She took the car did not fill it all the way back up and started complaining because she ran out of money.
Brandi wants something for nothing.
