Everything was perfect!

Everything was good but we got the vehicle one hour late on Thursday.
Thank you for your feedback. The delivery location was the airport, which is outside of my standard delivery range and not included in the local delivery fee paid. However, I wanted to ensure you had a great experience, so I made every effort to get the car to you clean, presentable, and on time. My goal was to make sure you were happy and satisfied with your rental.

This was my 1st time using this service. I am pleased with my 1st rental experience and I would recommend and would use Shelia's car again. She dropped it off to me on time and I was able to get to my doctor's appointments and take my children to school and extracurricular activities while my car was down. This was a life saver!
