Drove less than 200miles and the car broke down, talked to a mechanic and he identified the car was missing a part. Didn’t even receive a full refund

We’re sorry you experienced an issue during your trip. However, the vehicle was not missing any parts. The issue was a loose battery terminal, which we explained to you and had tightened. Once tightened, the vehicle was able to start and drive normally again. You ultimately chose not to continue with the vehicle. We understand how frustrating an unexpected issue can be, but we want to clarify that the vehicle was not missing a part as stated in the review.
Car was great and host was amazing as he kept car available for me in case I need extension and I didnt have to juggle to find a car last minute! I really appreciate it
