Car was not properly cleaned. Windows had bug splatter all over. Host was 15 minutes late dropping the car off. May not seem like a big deal to most - but I travel with twin toddlers who were tired and hungry. Keyfob battery was low and at times I had to continuously push the unlock button to open the car and/or start the car up. I asked for a toddler car seat and received one for an infant.
