Host did not provide any communication until after the trip started. Most Turo trips provide some information prior to time. Lack of communication or as to not be bothered. Once Turo representative reached out then I was able to hear from host.

First, you called TURO before the trip had even started. There were still about 5 minutes before your scheduled start time when you called asking for instructions. I provided you with the lockbox PIN 2 minutes before the trip started, right after I saw that you had arrived at my house. You had immediate access to the vehicle and there was no delay that affected your trip. I’m always happy to communicate and assist my guests, but I don’t believe this review accurately reflects what happened.

One of the easiest hosts I've ever had using the Turo app! David was amazing answering all of my questions and accommodating an earlier pick up time. The car was very clean and amazing on gas. Already booked two more trips with his vehicles and highly recommend!
