Car was as described, AC worked really well (huge plus) and James was easy to work with and very responsive.

The car drove okay. The ac did not have very much power (when the fan came on it sounded like white noise through the radio). When picking up the car, it was not cleaned thoroughly and when asked, was given a response of , "I had to get the car ready and out here for you. " After an Uber ride to pick up the car, I took the car and shipped it down internally myself. The back seat was missing a head rest, not a huge deal, just you have to note it. The bluetooth works for your telephone calls, not music or texts. Overall probably would not rent again.

I apologize for the cleanliness. The prior guest turned this vehicle in very late, and we did have to rush to not delay delivering it to you on time. I never noticed the missing head rest, I guess we will have to go thru trip photos to see when it grew legs! As for the bluetooth not streaming music.......I guess I don't have an answer for that, I've never tried. I'll have a peek at it once it gets back from the detail shop.
