⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Christina was an excellent host! Communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The BMW was clean, comfortable, and drove very well. I did have issues getting the navigation and AUX/Bluetooth connection to work with my iPhone 16, but Christina was very apologetic and even offered a future discount for the inconvenience. She also went above and beyond when I accidentally left my keys at drop-off and allowed me to return and retrieve them. Overall, it was a great rental experience, and I would happily rent from her again!!!

This car has a lot of personality. Sport mode was basically the 2-1 of the NASA countdown to space.
Very much enjoyed driving this car. Thats why i would have given it 5 stars.
However, I need to mention.. the car needs maintenance, service and equipment needs some updating.
Tires..alignment, engine mounts, shocks, transmission or wheel bearings and axles something was slipping.
The navigation and Bluetooth Music connection were giving me issues or not working/car needs servicing . And the aux cable was jammed in the connection point.
I have to give 3 stars for the inconvenience
I felt the car was cleaned a week prior, tons of pollen.
Thank you Christina, pick up, additional days, and drop off went smoothly. I would love to purchase if you looking for a new owner.

Tyler, this may be the most eclectic mix of opinions in one review. Not only is this unfounded given the car is up to date of all maintenance and the reviews speak for themselves, to name so many baseless issues and then proceed to say you’d like to purchase the vehicle is an interesting tactic. The cleaning claim is probably the most upsetting given your trip photos were taken and uploaded directly from the carwash bay itself. Best of luck with your next host.
Host was amazing and very helpful! All the rental cars are very nice and well kept up with as well!!!
