the car was nice and clean, well maintained. the host was very responsive when needed. the pickup location was confusing tho and took over 30 minutes to locate the car and it was a very far walk from the air port, was told there was a shuttle in the instructions but there was not
Thank you for the booking ! Sorry to hear that about your convenience. I list what row the car is park the garage which side and pin point it on the map on the app. I will moving forward voice that with future guest about the parking and their preference. If you park the vehicle offsite it is a shuttle for that. That’s why Turo says that in their instructions. Though most guest prefer on site parking which is usually a bit more convenient for most due to not having to take a shuttle to and from.
