Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend going with him. It was chaos from the beginning to the end for a one day rental. It was a bit high price for a banged up car. Give yourself peace of mind and pick another car friends.
Hi Delia, I’m sorry you feel this way, but I’d like to provide context. At the start of the trip, you accidentally took the wrong vehicle, causing delays for another guest. Despite this, you initially thanked me and said pickup was easy. The vehicle was also returned missing fuel, and Turo upheld the refueling charge after reviewing the evidence. Afterward, you continued messaging me for days and threatened to leave a bad review if I did not remove the charge. This review appears retaliatory.
