Terrible
It smelled terrible of smoke.
I drove the entire rental period with the windows down and could not use it at night due to the odor.
My clothing and hair was so smelly
I addressed this at pick up and the guy super dismissive and rude
Just now at drop he was confrontational. Telling me he left a review about me because I was mad lol
Yes I was mad. He should have disclosed in our discussions prior to the pick up that the car had smoke damage.

Absolutely unreasonable guest. The car was washed, fully functional, and ready for the trip, but had a slight smoke smell left by the previous guest. I apologized, but what could I do? I charged the previous guest for it, but I can’t stop renting the car because of that, and it doesn’t violate Turo policy. She caused a scene, yelling in the street and demanding taxi money. I told her she could cancel, but she threatened me and still took the car. Shocking experience.
