Check engine light came on, disabling cruise control and requiring us to drive an hour each way to have it fixed. Ramos was kind and fixed it.
A common evaporative emissions fault, nothing active, rewards the guest by letting them return the car with only half a tank of fuel in addition to solving the problem

This was my first time using Turo, and it was a great experience from start to finish! Mr. Ramos was a prompt and courteous host. His communication was clear and made pick-up a breeze. The car was well-maintained, very comfortable, and suited our family of 4 adults perfectly. We appreciated the added convenience of lighting cords for a variety of phones available near the USB port. This made navigation much easier, as we could use the dashboard screen to view our phone’s directions. I highly recommend Turo and Mr. Ramos for your next Panama City Beach excursion!
