Doesn't tell you you have to pay the parking ticket when picking it up from the airport.
First of all, the fact that you arrived nearly an hour—or more—after your scheduled reservation time is your responsibility, not mine; the car was there on time for you. Furthermore, I highly doubt the veracity of your review—it is a complete fabrication—given the actual condition of my vehicle. Thirdly, I would be utterly ashamed to return a car that wasn't mine in the state in which you left this one. Regards and blessings.

Mr. Ramos was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help us get the car when we arrived as the previous renter was delayed. The car was in perfect condition, clean and ready for us. I highly recommend renting a car from him!
