I wouldn’t drive a Mazda3 again but the service was great!
Safety is my top priority. I asked the guest for photos during the trip to address their concerns, but none were provided. Immediately after the trip, the vehicle was inspected by a Mazda dealership, and they confirmed the tires are in good condition and 100% safe. I have the official inspection report to back this up.

Fair the key fob need battery change throughout trip.
George, thank you for your feedback. I wish you had reached out during the trip regarding the key fob; I would have resolved it for you immediately. To clarify, the light you saw was a routine maintenance reminder that triggers 1,000 miles in advance, not a 'Check Engine' light. The car is in perfect technical condition. Safe travels!
