The air conditioning was lack luster in hot weather.

There wasn't/isn't actually an issue with the A/C.
Sentra's have an AC button that's separate from the temperature control (like a lot of cars). Without pushing this button the AC doesn't engage. The button is not intuitive in Sentras, and the guest didn't see/know to turn it on, and didn't message us to ask.
They told us about it when they returned, we showed them, and everyone agreed it was working.
The guest had already left the review and said they would update it but didn't.
Absolutely fantastic trip and Allison was so kind! If you are looking for a reliable and affordable car, and most importantly, a renter who is willing to be accommodating and understanding to your needs, I highly highly recommend Allison.

Car ran well! Had an issue with a flat tire and Alison was so responsive and helpful giving recommendations for mechanics and taking on the cost due to the inconvenience! highly recommend!!
