Guidelines
-Make sure you are checked in on the turo app upon arrival at the vehicle. Also take pictures of the vehicle before and after your trip. This is done to verify the primary driver is the one driving the vehicle and so you're not held liable for damages from previous trips. - Avoid tickets and fines; you will get billed at the end of the trip if any fees/tickets/fine are received. - Fill up the tank with Regular 87 grade gas; save time by buying a prepaid fuel package. - Make sure to clean up any messes you may have made inside the car and or outside as well. - Return the vehicle on time. - Smoke & odor Free please! Fees will apply after trip. - Damage free: Any exterior and interior damage found fees will be added at the end of the trip. ex: curb rash on wheels, scratches, dents, rips etc.

Do you do contactless pick up ?
Yes, We do contactless pick-up with a lockbox. Morning or night the vehicle will be ready for you at all times.
Is there a parking fee at the SRQ Airport?
Yes, after 10mins the parking lot starts charging. We don't not pay for the parking fee. Ticket for parking lot will be left inside of vehicle so you can exit lot. Please book accordingly.
How to use the lockbox
Please have the vehicle in the same area as pick up. The lock box will be on the window. Enter the code and open the box by pressing down on the tab above the number pad. The key will be inside a pouch. Once key is retrieved, you can unlock the car to turn it on and scroll down the window to remove the lock box. When Dropping off the car: It's easiest to put the lock box back in the window first, lock the car, put the key back in the pouch and inside the lock box. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CAR IS LOCKED BEFORE INSERTING THE KEY INTO THE LOCKBOX.
For guests who choose SRQ delivery
The vehicle will always be delivered and picked up in short term parking. (Please leave the parking pass in the vehicle)
For guest who choose a custom delivery
1. Please communicate where you want us to park the vehicle. 2. Communication is imperative with us to have a smooth delivery and pick up.
What happens if I'm late for pickup/dropoff?
There is a 30 minute grace period for pickup/dropoff after that you are considered no show or late as per turo's guidelines.
