Returned vehicle an hour after pickup it was shaking on the road and had multiple interior issues. Not suitable for a Turo car and location pickup is not even on the map. Host is different than photo.

All of the above is untrue. You made many mistakes booking your rental and I assisted in getting g it corrected. You book a week later. You showed up 1 hour prior to pick up. I assisted in getting the car to you sooner. We do contactless pick up normally so you saw my spouse. You did not return the car 1 hr later you made a false damage claim instead of just communicating with us at 1 in the morning. I do not wish to rent to dishonest people. Please rent elsewhere.
