Overall, the experience was not what I expected for a vehicle at this price point. Upon pickup, the fuel level was already below half a tank, which wasn’t ideal. There were also maintenance and functionality issues that impacted the driving experience, specifically the backup camera not working properly. With tinted windows, that made maneuvering and parking more difficult than it should have been.
Additionally, the vehicle did not drive as smoothly as expected, which further affected the overall experience. When booking a higher ticket vehicle, I expected better upkeep, functionality, and attention to detail. While the vehicle served its purpose, there are definitely areas that could be improved for future renters.
