I was very new to your system and new to electric vehicles and I don't feel like there was a great deal of patience offered me by anyone but the host at times. Could be a generational Gap I am 65 years old and I'm actually used to customer service that doesn't get irritated in the middle of answering questions and prizes themselves on giving the whole picture on the issue that is being discussed. Instead I got a lot of opinion and attitude and sometimes the wrong advice so I got into calling and requesting for supervisors and every single time I got what I needed. Though I will use the service again I will never get an electric vehicle for as long as I live thank you and have a great day

Only thing negative I have to say about the car is the mileage is not accurate. The card does not display the mileage as advertised .However, the customer service and communication with the host was pretty good.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Recharge the vehicle
Missing battery charge may result in an additional fee
