The hosts were kind and communicative and quick in response time. Plus they helped with the learning curve I had in driving my first ever Tesla.
There were many computerized systems in the car that I wasn’t used to, and without the Tesla app I could not personalize it. I expected to get a free charging cord but that didn’t work so I had to charge at expensive charging stations which there are not many of in Palm Springs.
The car was high end with pristine and precious tire rims and in Palm Springs so many gated communities means rolling up to the call box close!
I either rolled up far away and the car turned off when I exited or I rolled up close and scraped the rims so I had to pay a lot for the replacements!!!

Kendra opted not to use tesla charging cable .her place only had 110v outlet.she opted to charge at superchargers ,
for 98 days of charging ,paid $417.72 ,$4.26 a day, for 2170 mile
returned it with 3 damaged rims & cracked windshield.She did not take a protection plans , paid out of pocket
we felt bad because of her not buying insurance, we fixed it for $173.72 and did not charge the $1089 to replace. We will pay ourselves to replace the windshield. HIGHLY recommend buying TURO insurance !
