Car smelt like smoke and had a big chip in the window upon pickup
Hello Dean, thank you for your feedback, however, when I went to go retrieve the car today, there was no smell of smoke in the car. As regards the chip in the window, it had been fixed, and I was told that since it was less than the size of the dime, I do not need a replacement windshield.

Pickup was around the corner from the airport and the street is VERY dark. If you have someone with you with limited mobility, best to have them wait at PSP and you come back to get them. It was very unclear to us where the keys were (it said “see photos” but there were no photos of keys). 1:30am on a dark street with no clue where to find them. Finally figured it out. Also the dark street made it very difficult to take the necessary photos of the vehicle at pickup!
The car itself was great! Clean, ran well, super gas mileage.
I would rent from this owner again, and hopefully this review will help other customers to have better communication and knowledge than I did.

It World be very helpful if guests also take the time to get acquainted with the Turo app before they arrive at the car, bearing in mind that this is an app based platform. Thank you
