Check in/pick up was problematic. The car was not available- apparently someone else called the owner and he assumed it was me so apparently this other person had my car. I was instructed to chat with the person who picked up the car as he was bringing it back so I can organize the pick up. I thought it was strange that I was supposed to communicate rather than this going through the owner directly. I also had to wait for the car to be delivered for over an hour.... then I was told the car was in the parking lot all along.
Another note: the parking is a hidden fee. The car is parked at the airport the parking fee is 26$. I have rented via turo before the parking gets reimbursed immediately. I got a refund of $9 - not quite a full reimbursement.
The car was excellent, no complaints. It just needed a good interior cleaning..

As airports are more busy this time of the year . Your car was booked for 1 pm you reached out to me @
2 pm . The miscommunication & mix up when the elderly guy took another host car instead of his car he booked at home location. Plus he called at 1 pm saying he booked with me at the airport …. It was humanly error & everyone including the other host had some sympathy except one person . I already apologized multiple times … thanks for detailed feedback

directions on pick up and return of vehicle. Received follow-up messages if I needed to add days to the rental.
