The pick up location was fantastic. Easy walk from the airport. The car was clean and had a full tank. It was very easy to drive and got great gas mileage. Air-conditioning worked well.

Vehicle was okay, unfortunately 3 of the 4 tires are pretty bald (I would say under 15% tread left). Vehicle inside around the center console and buttons were dirty. Enough to where I went and purchased cleaning wipes for the vehicle. On the second day of the trip I got a low tire notification and stopped at a gas station to find the front driver was at 45 psi, front passenger was at 40 psi, rear passenger was at 35 psi and rear driver was 28 psi. Nomial for this vehicle is 30 psi per the driver's door card and was adjusted to be so. Unfortunately on the last day of the trip the vehicle threw a CEL and drove okay but felt like it had lost power, got us back where we needed to be at least. Until these issues are confirmed corrected I would have a hard time saying this vehicle is fit for rental.
Sorry you had this experience. I did inform you at booking that the vehicle had just returned and I didn’t have enough time to inspect or clean it. I offered a free alternative vehicle and was willing to cancel, but you chose to proceed with this one as-is. I do appreciate your feedback and will address these issues before the next rental.

Great drop off and pick up

Host was very communicative, accommodating and helpful. Drop off and pickup were easy, timely and fast. Vehicle was clean. But 3 of 4 tires were nearly bald (wear indicators clearly showing). RR tire was new. Driver-side wiper blade broken/about to fall off. Neither of these issues were a problem, thankfully, because of dry weather. But the vehicle would've been unsafe in rain/wet roads. I notified host upon return. Was told it would go in for service/tire replacement.

The car was exactly what we needed! Clean, worked well, lots of trunk space and easy to drive. Would recommend!
