Vehicle leaks gas. has a ripped top, and has infotainment that is so sun damaged it’s unusable. Poorly maintained and the host is rude, elitist, and refuses to listen to anybody but himself.

Christopher returned the BMW half full of gas, refused to pay saying the tank was leaking. He took 100 photos at check-in but had 0 photos of gas leak/puddle, receipt to provide Turo, he was forced to pay for the gas. BMW does not leak gas. Don’t make claims you can’t prove. Cloth top is frayed in places where it folds, not ripped, works perfectly. GPS screen has good color, works great but can be hard to see with the top down and sun shining. M235i drives like a race car. Try Hertz next time.

Car need a new top and the nav screen is badly sun damaged, but it drove incredibly. Tim was fantastic!

Tim made the drop off and pick up nice and easy. The car was nice to drive and very clean.

Great car. Had the old BMW plasticy leather smell to it. Was semi clean had water spots on the windows. Drove well just had a rattling squeaky noise. Overall good car in case you need it last minute like me. Host es great SUPER SMOOTH process great communication!
