Car pickup was seemless and always appreciate the availability

Upon arrival to picking up the car, the gentleman that parked the car was in a physical altercation with another male, who was bleeding from his face. Police arrived and assessed the situation. A bit unnerving to start our vacation.
Brakes were squeaky and navigation system did not work. Otherwise the car was great.
I’m so sorry for the scare! The homeless gentleman you saw there attempted to enter the car we delivered for you. My driver dropped off and started to walk away from the car. My driver (a retired army vet) noticed that man, who has been seen wandering the parking lot over the last few weeks, entering the car so my driver quickly went back and had to forcibly removed the other man from the car. I’m sorry for the disturbance!
No built in nav but CarPlay and Android auto work for nav. Touchscreen
