Horrible host! I had to call Turo on him. The ignition coil and spark plugs went out in the vehicle and he said it wasn't his responsibility. He tried swapping me out for another that is just as old instead of trying to get me in a newer car. He refused to refund me for the day. Turo saw our messages and the diagnostic I had done on the car and agreed with me. They made him refund me. They also restricted the car from being rented out until they fixed it. He ignored me for hours then refused to apologize. Watch out for him and his crews. A few weeks ago he sent me an invoice for 78 cents. Can you say grimy? The last time I rented from him a sensor was out in the car and it made a horrible noise. It wasn't fixed. He doesn't maintain his vehicles properly and put no money into upkeep. The lady who posted about being in the hospital and him still charging her for a late fee is so on par with something he would do. Please beware! He doesn't care about your safety and only cares about making money.
