The owner didn't release the location information until well after the trip should have started. They blamed it on the turo app but after I called the host, it was released. The button to open the back hatch also never worked. We had to use the keys to open it. Other than that the trip was fine.
Guest called at 5 minutes after and had already found and was at the car but didnt get the code. I am not sure why. I gave her her right away and apologized. I also resubmitted via the app. I will check out the key fob button and wiper fluid as those are not known issues.
