I would rate a one star but since the person I spoke to picking up the car was nice I am giving a 2 star
The center console and the driver arm rest got stuck together when adjusting the chair forward, back and up and down
I was told it was the way the car was made, there’s no way that’s true
Pedro and the guy that spoke with me (because Pedro didn’t speak english) had to help me adjust the driver seat by pulling on to the passenger seat and the center console at the same time smh and told me that it’s gonna take 2 people to adjust the seat smh! I should’ve not taken the rental at that point but we were already pressed for time to make our 7 hour drive
The windshield was extremely dirty inside and outside, no wiper fluid was coming out so my husband tried to put water but the wiper fluid tank had liquid but still no wiper fluid came out, they could’ve told me that the windshield wiper fluid was broken…
this is important to let renters know especially on a long drive at night, when we need to clean windshield. Last thing is I think we returned the car in a cleaner condition than when we picked it up.. smh.. car needed cleaning for sure
I have never given a bad review before but this was just unacceptable!
