Overall the trip was okay. We picked the car up from the airport and it was raining pretty hard. The car was handling awful. Hydroplaning everywhere. Messages the host about it and couldn’t reach a solution. They wanted me to take it to the shop and get new tires which they would have paid for. I was on vacation and that wasn’t possible. I did check the tire tread and the tears were 2/32 and 4/32. Well below what a rental car should be. Will say price affected the quality. It did get us from point a to b, but we limited our miles due to the rain that week and not feeling safe to drive the car long distance with the tires.
