No air and radio didn’t work

car radio and A/C was not working during my trip. host asked me to call the service center to troubleshoot. then he told me that the car is hot because it’s black and hot outside. the A/C was blowing hot air, so clearly a maintenance issue. the host asked me to come back to the drop off location an over hour away for him to look at it. i would not recommend this car or host.

Car came back AC was working, customer wanted refund one her word I gave her refund. We offered our mechanic to go to her to recharge AC at her location but she refused as AC was working.
Syed was a great host and respond to messages very peomptly. The car was clean and ready on time, and in great condition. I would recommend his cars to anyone looking for a rental, and hope to rent from him again, in the future.

Car was clean! Got great gas mileage! Had it for 4 days and only took $17.00 to refill before taking it back! The host was amazing and always answered back to my texts within a couple minutes! I am definitely going to use him again for my trips to Naperville!

A/C did not work. Shocks were so loud over every bump. Would not trust on highway. Only reason for two stars. It did get me from A to B.
