Poor communication
And was late and inconvenient pick up and drop off and hidden charges
We really don't understand when you say that there was a communication failure, we have been answering your questions and helping at all times, adding a total of 27 messages, I believe you had difficulty reading the automatic messages that contain all the information you would need to find the car and this made the process difficult.
