The VW that I rented was perfect for what I needed. It was clean and ran perfectly. Luna was very communicative, even though I was a bit delayed in reading her messages through Turo. Our pickup and drop off was more than timely! I had to drop off a half hour later than expected and Luna was most understanding.

Luna's co-host was very kind in picking my family and I up and taking us back to the airport. The car was as expected—clean, running well, etc. This was my first trip with Turo, and a great experience with Luna and her co.
