Driving the car felt unsafe at highway speeds with a bad vibration through the steering wheel . Pick up at the airport was convenient. Car was clean and great mpg.

I apologize for the inconvenience with the vibration. I went to the dealership and they checked it out. A guest had damaged a rim, and I hadn't noticed because I don't drive at high speeds. The problem has been resolved. Thank you for letting me know about the damage.
