This was my first time using Turo, and I would definitely rent from them again. The car was new and still had that new car smell. It was very clean and well maintained.
We were running late because of all the shuttles we had to take at the airport, so I messaged right away. They were very responsive and provided great customer service, which I really appreciated since it was around 1am when we arrived.
The only thing that caught me off guard was having to pay for parking after dropping the vehicle off at the airport. Just be aware that you may for parking when you pick up the vehicle and then receive an invoice after the car is picked back up. It was mentioned in one of the many messages Turo sends after booking, but I missed it.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.
