Too far from train station
The vehicle was parked in the Turo-designated lot, as we do for all rentals. From the start, we maintained constant communication and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to locate it. The train station is right next to the approved parking area. The guest requested an in-person handoff in a restricted airport location, which is not permitted and may result in fines or suspension.
