Car got me to and from work! Car also had a car wash pass 😎 would definitely rent from host again. Just wish I could have connected my phone to Bluetooth.

Last minute rental and I really regret choosing this host. The car was in very poor condition and did not match what I expected from a Turo listing. The seats were covered in stains and literally coming apart we had to sit on jackets/covers just to feel comfortable. The vehicle also had a cheap aftermarket CarPlay install (looked like it came from TikTok shop) and the rear camera was unreliable and kept going in and out.
On top of that, the car clearly needed maintenance (alignment issues, engine light on). It drove like an old “reliable” car, not something that should be rented out at this price.
What really makes this worse is being charged extra afterward for gas/tolls and additional fees, including a fee for ending the trip 3 hours early. It’s disappointing to be nickel-and-dimed after dealing with an unclean and poorly maintained vehicle. Would not rent again.

Since your trip, the rear camera has been replaced, and the engine light and alignment has been addressed! You were not charged any fees on my end for ending your trip early, but you were sent an invoice for any tolls you went through and for any gas that had to be replaced after your trip as stated in our messages.
