I booked this vehicle around 5:30 AM the same day I needed it, with pickup scheduled for 9:00 AM. After arriving at the airport, there were no clear pickup instructions, so I had to call to figure out where to go (I was sent instructions but they were still very unclear because the car wasn’t dropped off yet). Even after payment, the pickup location hadn’t been established.
I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the parking lot for the vehicle to be dropped off where I was told it would be. It also took four phone calls just to confirm whether I would actually be receiving the car. I was eventually told there was an issue on their end and they were not notified of my booking.
I understand that things can happen, but communication is really important—especially when someone is traveling and relying on a vehicle in a different state. Had I known ahead of time instead of an hour after I was supposed to receive the car, I could have made other arrangements and avoided the uncertainty.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but I don’t think it’s fair to pay this much and spend nearly two hours unsure if you’ll even have transportation. I would recommend booking with a different host.

Car was good. I had a different car at beginning of my trip then the host cancelled last minute without explanation then I had to wait about an hour to get a new one, overall though it was an good experience after dealing with that
