The car was working fine, but it had a strong smell of cigarettes.

Host was great!!! Would highly recommend, even more so for a long term rentals. Had one problem and was very prompt at solving.

The experience with this Turo owner Philip was very unethical n very inconsiderate on his behalf. I made a reservation for three p.m I drive over two hours got there early communicated with the owner to see if I could do an early pick up he never replied back so then I kept asking him where would the pick up be no reply so now here it is three o’clock still no reply from him told him my dad was passing n he didn’t care he finally text at 3:20 saying he needed ten more minutes well unfortunately my dad passed before I got to him n when he pulls up at 3:30 the car was dirty the gas tank was in the middle no where near full the car inside was dusty n the maintenance oil light was on he then proceeds to argue with me in person not taking owenershio of the inconvenience so was smart mouth n talking bout I only get paid this and that I said that’s not my problem then he proceeded to be rude n I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back n needed to get to hospice so I got the car but the car was stalking out the bumper came undone in the front had to push back in just the overall experience with the Turo rental was bad n will never rent from him again. Plus I left the car on way more fuel than he left in the tank for me!! Uploaded pictures
