The usb port for the phone to the radio is super loose which caused the apple carplay to bug and go in and out or not work at all and that caused us to waste money on a new charger thinking it was our charger malfunctioning. Apple CarPlay was one of the most important reason on what car we chose. Also the tires have REALLY BAD road noise while on the road. Even with the radio the road noise covered the music majority of the time. ESPECIALLY on the interstate.
