We regret to hear your opinion on your rental was not to your satisfaction. But, we maintain our vehicles to high standards as far as maintenance, cleanliness and performance. If we missed anything it was not intentional, after all we are human as well. So we apologize for any inconvenience, if location was an issue, remember there are other vehicles closer to you. Also, when having any issues or unsatisfaction, it's great to use common courtesy and reach out to the host 1st.
