Car ran good, doesn’t shake anymore like previous reviews stated, so the host did get that fixed. Only issues I had were getting any responses from the host and the car wasn’t fully clean. They send out automated messages which are extremely accurate and helpful. However, when o reached out to the host through Turo, texts, and calls, no one answered me the entire trip. As for the cleanliness there were little things not clean like the phone holder in the center console, the driver side door space had crumbs and fake lashes in it, and the passenger side door space had straw wrappers in it.
