Failed to mention tolls would have to be paid untill after the trip ended. Also failed to mention parking must be paid upon leaving parking lot
It is unfortunate that you feel that way. Usually the areas of improvement that you listed are ALL listed on the description of the car. When a guest feels that there’s no detail information is because the guest doesn’t read the full description of the car. The tolls is a given, no matter what state you come from, there’s highway and toll roads. It is YOUR CHOICE to drive on them or not. The smell and dirty spots came from you, just look at the check in pictures.
