Good and easy. Wasnt expecting expense to exit lot but not terribly expensive.
That is precisely why it is so important to read the details carefully, as the parking exit fee was clearly communicated in advance—both during the booking process and in the information shared prior to check-in.

Car had stained seats, smelled like maraijuna and was not fully fueled on pickup. Prices and inconvenience for off-airport parking, together with issues over our fuel situation, handling fees and other hidden costs, meant we could have done better with Enterprise and had a newer cleaner vehicle. As Flight Attendants and frequent travelers, not only will we not use this car rental option again but will steer anyone away from it that asks.
We were honestly surprised by this review, as throughout the trip you mentioned via chat that everything was going well and that you were enjoying the vehicle and service. We always responded promptly, and no major concerns regarding odor, stains, or vehicle condition were reported during the trip. We also want to note the vehicle was not returned with the same fuel level as delivered, as reflected in the trip photos.
